The location was really convenient, just a short walk from the old city center. My room was a Standard Studio, which offered basic kitchenette facilities, but it felt a bit cramped. I appreciated having a dining table and free Wi-Fi, which worked well throughout my stay. However, I faced some issues with the cleanliness. The kitchen was not adequately stocked with supplies, and the bathroom had unpleasant odors, which was off-putting. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, making it challenging to relax at times. The bedding could use an upgrade, as it felt worn and uncomfortable. I noticed the elevator had some maintenance issues too, but the staff were polite and attentive. A bit more focus on cleanliness and maintenance would significantly improve the experience.

I encountered a situation where the sofa bed was not prepared properly. the missing linens were only partially provided after multiple requests, reflecting a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the broken toilet seat and peeling paint on the walls indicated a desperate need for refurbishing, diminishing the overall experience.

The Odalys City Aix En Provence L'Atrium is conveniently located just outside the center of the old town, allowing easy access to explore everything on foot. The secure car park is an added bonus, making it stress-free for guests with vehicles. My Standard Studio room was equipped with a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi, which worked perfectly throughout my stay.

The location offered easy access to the charming old city, making exploring hassle-free. The air conditioning was effective during the hot days, which enhanced comfort. Unfortunately, the cleanliness fell short, particularly in the kitchen area, and I found the lighting inadequate for my needs. Additionally, the lack of regular room cleaning during the stay was a disappointment.

Free Wi-Fi worked well, but the pillows were uncomfortable and elevator was dirty.

I had a lovely stay with a well-equipped room and comfy beds. The breakfast options were impressive! However, the outdated decor did differ a bit from the photos. I would choose this place again.

Had a cool stay. The standard studio had a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and stovetop. The bathroom was nice with free toiletries and hairdryer. AC kept the room comfy. The lobby area is lovely with cozy seating, and a nice courtyard to chill in. The staff were super helpful with my requests.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, the hotel is conveniently located within a five-minute walk from the pedestrianized city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions.
